Kayla just completed her 4th year of teaching. She graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Science Education and earned a master's degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology from Capella University. She has been sewing since the age of 7, and started working at Fairfield Junior High where she taught CCA, Sports and Outdoor Sewing, Child Development, and Interior Design. She recently moved to Ogden High School where she teaches ECE 1, 2, and 3, Child Development, Foods, and Fashion Design Studio. When she's not teaching, she's outside in good weather or sewing in bad weather.
